Party Garden ©

Il Party Garden è un progetto del verde che si sviluppa su un unico livello e nasce con l’intento di estendere la Party House edificio adibito a ricevimenti e feste della limitrofa azienda committente dei lavori.
Il progetto immerso e circondato da una tartufaia, è disegnato secondo lo stile del giardino inglese, disponendo di una notevole quantità di acqua che permetterà la giusta irrigazione della proprietà.

La zonizzazione è ridotta solamente a due aree: la piazza verde centrale e l’area silente celata, lasciando una maggiore naturalezza al giardino e riducendo al massimo il design progettato di percorsi pedonali e più in generale dell’hardscape

Al ridotto uso di hardscape fa da contraltare il design del softscape: la piazza centrale coperta da tappezzanti di nippia nodiflora e verbena ibrida, la barriera che isola l’area silente è affidata a varietà di perovskya, pittosporum tenuifolium, phillyrea ed altre varietà cosi da creare una bordura cespugliata volumetrica che fa da isolante visivo e soprattutto uditivo all’area silente.

Un ruolo fondamentale è affidato agli alberi che insieme al comparto illuminotecnico hanno il compito di creare dei differenti livelli  di profondità visiva, in modo analogo come fanno le quinte da teatro.
I tre alberi di morus platanifolia con la loro caratteristica chioma estesa ricreano l’effetto soffitto tipico dei locali indoor, così introiettare più intimità nell’area silente e negli ingressi selvaggi che conducono ad essa, creati mediante interruzioni della bordura cespugliata.
I pioppi cipressini, esili e immobili, bilanciano il volume dato dai morus platanifolia donando al progetto una verticalità che si enfatizza con la contrapposizione delle linee orizzontali del progetto architettonico della Party House.

Le luci nei nostri progetti hanno sempre un ruolo fondamentale, qui vanno a rafforzare il concept design sia con il differente uso si diagrammi illuminotecnici, ma anche e soprattutto con un differente uso del colore delle luci.
Proiettori upligh (luce dal basso verso l’alto) vengono innestati al di sotto dei morus platanifolia cosi da trasformare nella fase notturna il soffitto verde creato dal sotto chioma dei mours in una volta green dove la luce sale seguendo il fusto della pianta e continuando a sfumare nel sotto chioma.
I pioppi cipressini vengono illuminati dalle loro ombre. Disponendo dei dissuasori a spillo alla base del fusto si lascia, sfumando, in ombra la chioma longilinea con il fine di creare un effetto backlight (generato dalle altre luci di sfondo) che mette in risalto l’ombra stessa dei pioppi.
I proiettori lineari washing devono invece “lavare”, con fasci di luce, tutte le bordure cespugliate che sono fondamentali per delineare le zone del giardino non delimitate da nessuna forma di hardscape.


Il colore delle luci, che spesso viene mantenuto costante in tutta la composizione illuminotecnica di un ambiente, in questo progetto vuole essere invece un altro elemento espressivo, a tal fine abbiamo ideato una contrapposizione luce caldo-fredda. Tutti i dispositivi che illuminano le bordure,la base dei pioppi e i due morus all’ingresso dell’area silente vengono mantenute calde, in contrapposizione viene installata come fredda la luce uplight del morus platanifolia che copre l’area silente celata.
Questa scelta è oculata perché permette di donare al morus con luce fredda e a tutta l’area al di sotto di esso un’aura di mistero, una qualità quasi sacrale che identifica tale area ancora prima di scoprirla.

To receive product support, you have to have one or more Envato/ThemeRex purchase codes on our website. These purchase codes will be stored together with support expiration dates and your user data. This is required for us to provide you with downloads, product support, and other customer services.

Support Data

If you have registered on our website and have a valid support account, you can submit support tickets for assistance. Support form submissions are sent to our third party Ticksy ticketing system. Only the data you explicitly provided is sent, and you are asked for consent, each time you want to create a new support ticket. Comments

When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Envato Pty Ltd

For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding licenses for our theme, we send your provided tokens and purchase keys to Envato Pty Ltd and use the response from their API to register your validated support data. Ticksy

Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. 7. How Long We Retain Your Data For
When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation. If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
8. Security Measures
We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization. In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
