Il nuovo complesso architettonico è un inno al grano, alla sua lavorazione e ai suoi prodotti.
Il grano diventa figura e parte integrante del progetto generando un’aura di sacralità intorno al suo valore simbolico.
Il progetto vuole fondere insieme le principali componenti dell’architettura sacra, tradotte in chiave contemporanea, originando spazi che combinano aspetti industriali e religiosi, dove il simulacro da onorare non è fisico, ma è l’insieme dei processi di lavorazione generati dalle fasi produttive.
Architettonicamente si vuole così generare una dicotomia simbolica agli antipodi, un’industrializzazione religiosa o una sacralità industriale, concependo spazi funzionalmente anacronistici ma che vogliono creare un forte impatto emotivo sia sul visitatore dell’impianto architettonico, sia  sugli operatori protagonisti del processo produttivo.

La teatralità del progetto è ideata per far entrare il visitatore nella produzione, tenendo però architettonicamente divise le fasi di lavorazione (locale produzione, pastificio, birrificio) dalle funzioni di ricevimento e osservazione (appartamenti, spazi coworking, locali di osservazione).
Tutto questo con il fine di consentire una lavorazione del prodotto ordinata, senza inquinare le fasi di produzione, tuttavia permettendo agli ospiti e visitatori di godere della struttura, entrando dentro la stessa e prendendo parte alla produzione.

 

Una galleria incastonata nello speciale involucro architettonico TAS Thatch Fire Membrane System (sistema di membrane antincendio in paglia), ci permette di osservare le lavorazioni nei settori del birrificio, delle celle frigorifere e del pastificio. Questo percorso che vuole rimembrare ai visitatori la sacralità dei portici religiosi, ci immette nel giardino pensile posto nella sommità del complesso.

Il giardino superiore, emotivamente ci accoglie e protegge come il chiostro interno di un monastero.
Lo spazio ospita una varietà di funzioni. Ci sono nel lato sud gli appartamenti, spazi ricettivi per accogliere al meglio i visitatori che intendono vivere l’esperienza all’interno del contesto produttivo. Dal centro del giardino sorgono due scalinate che introducono a due blocchi architettonici che nella sala principale di produzione appaiono come dei matronei sospesi.

Questi matronei che permettono ai visitatori di usufruire di una vista privilegiata sulla lavorazione, riescono ad entrare nei processi produttivi con forte impatto scenico, mantenendo però un isolamento tipico dei matronei religiosi visibili principalmente nell’architettura gotica e nelle sinagoghe.
Ospitano spazi di coworking che potrebbero essere usati anche per scopi didattici, come piccole aule conferenze o per zone di svago (bar o aree relax coperte)

Un ascensore posto sempre a ridosso dell’involucro, ci permette di tornare al livello zero dei piazzali e dei parcheggi, dove troviamo infine la parte dell’area riservata ai visitatori che accoglie l’outlet e la zona ricreativa comune.
Questo nuovo blocco architettonico, progettato per essere ipogeo, riflette la conformazione invisibile dei matronei posti sul giardino pensile, così da non intaccare l’individualismo visivo del complesso principale.
Da qui i visitatori potranno optare anche di visitare la parte retrostante del complesso che ospita il parco tematico, le vasche di carpe koi e le serre idroponiche, così da scoprire i processi di economia circolare caratterizzanti l’operato di Molini e Pastifici 1875.

 

I MATERIALI:
Tutte le superfici principali dei vari ambienti interni (locali produzione, magazzini, uffici, servizi ecc) sono state immaginate con l’utilizzo di intonaci e resine bianche, creando spazi sobri e luminosi, oltre che ben visibili dagli osservatori/visitatori esterni.

Le superfici calpestabili esterne (piazzali, strade e parcheggi) sono state progettate con l’utilizzo di bioasfalti drenanti colorati, con caratteristiche visive simili ai percorsi di terra battuta tipici delle strade di campagna marchigiane, ma a differenza di queste, con le importanti caratteristiche meccaniche degli asfalti tradizionali.

Per il  giardino pensile è stato optato un materiale modulare che necessita di un bassissimo livello di manutenzione. Il prevegetato di sedum infatti permette di essere montato con estrema facilità, riesce a svolgere le sue funzioni di verde pensile con solo cinque centimetri di spessore aggiuntivo (non appesantendo troppo il pacchetto di copertura come fanno i tradizionali tetti verdi) e soprattutto essendo composto da essenze che necessitano di pochissima manutenzione.
Autolivellante e auto innaffiante, riesce ad immagazzinare acqua piovana (nelle vaschette dei moduli) e quindi resiste anche a lunghi periodi di siccità.

Infine come già accennato, l’involucro esterno della struttura principale, verrà realizzato con l’innovativo  Thatch Fire Membrane System, ovvero il sistema di membrane antincendio in paglia, che permetterà di riutilizzare gli scarti della mietitura e riproporli nell’involucro che oltre a rispondere alla richiesta di economia circolare, sarà anche simbolo visivo diretto e caratterizzante di un nuovo complesso architettonico dall’alto valore tecnologico e naturalistico.

Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. 7. How Long We Retain Your Data For
When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation. If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
8. Security Measures
We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization. In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
